Chef Phil's Datil Pepper BBQ Sauce is a very unique, all natural sauce. Datil peppers give it a sweet heat. It is perfect on pork, chicken, fish and beef. Chef Phil entered a Small Business contest with the Jacksonville Jaguars. It was set up like "Shark Tank" type of format. Out of 525 different companies, I came in second. Chef Phil's BBQ Sauce, was the only sauce sold in the Alltel Stadium, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars. Additionally, Chef Phil's BBQ Sauce was entered in a nation wide contest with the National BBQ & Grilling Association. Out of hundreds of other BBQ sauce companies, I came in 4th.
