2020 Early Risers Networking with the Chamber- January
The Chamber will be offering a networking breakfast for those early birds! There will be catered breakfast as well as a program dedicated to a keynote speaker, and any chamber and area updates!
The Keynote Speaker for this Early-Risers breakfast will be Horace Jones, Director of Escambia County Development Services Department. Also accompanied by Drew Holmer, Juan Lemos, and John Fisher.

Horace Jones is highly skilled in the analysis/interpretation of existing ordinances, development of new ordinances/regulations reflecting current trends, and public education and participation programs. He analyzes cultural/environmental efforts of new development and conceptualizes planning processes.
As Director, Mr. Jones oversees daily operations of the Planning and Zoning, Development Review, and Geographic Information Systems Divisions of the Development Services Department, and is responsible for all aspects of the Planning and Zoning and Land Development for Escambia County.
