COAST-AL features an outdoor bar with a full kitchen, 15,000 square feet of open-air green
space, and a 3,000 square foot retail building known as COAST-AL Clothing Company. Phase 2 of the
project will be completed in Spring 2023 and features an additional 20,000 square feet of dining space,
bringing the total to 1,200 seats available, plus an iconic 40-foot-tall landmark tower that will be a
feature on the property.
