To celebrate National Business Women’s Week 2018, Powerful Women of the Gulf Coast proudly presents their 6th Annual Pursue Your Passion Conference, bringing together nearly 200 women to share their business skills and creativity during networking events and educational sessions.

Pursue Your Passion Conference is Powerful Women of the Gulf Coast’s annual fundraiser for Gulf Coast Kid's House (GCKH). This year we will be donating a service project to the Kid's House to help offset the costs of staffing so they can redirect funds to other programs.

- Capt Emily K Elmore, USAF is an Air Force pilot stationed at NAS Penscola. In addtion to her duties as an Officer, she is an author, business owner, management consultant, and mother of two young toddlers. Come hear her empower us with “Hit Like a Girl: Leading High Performance Teams to Pack a Punch!” which will fast track women into positions of power and influence.
- Kristie Tobias is an innovative Healthcare Consultant and National Speaker. With her background in human resources and people development, she has mentored over 2000 leaders and employees in areas of leadership development, mentorship programs, and speaking workshops.
- Kim MacQueen is co-founder of Innisfree Hotels and a local philanthropist. She makes a significant impact in the local Pensacola community through her leadership in organizations such as Independence for the Blind of NW Florida, Luna Fine Art Gallery, and Dixon School of Arts and Sciences.

About Gulf Coast Kid’s House
Gulf Coast Kid's House is a children's advocacy center serving Escambia County. As a children's advocacy center, GCKH combines all of the professionals and resources needed for the intervention, investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases under one child-friendly facility. GCKH provides a place where child protective services, law enforcement, prosecution, medical and mental health professionals' work together under one roof to provide comprehensive services. The goal of Gulf Coast Kid's House is to form a more collaborative response to child abuse cases so that they can improve case outcomes and minimize trauma to the children and families they serve.
